WHAT REQUIREMENTS MUST MY PET MEET?

Pets must be spayed or neutered and house-trained. Proof of vaccinations is required.

DO I NEED TO FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK?

We require each pet owner to sign a waiver form.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY PET'S STAY?

Please bring your pet's food, collar, leash, bed or crate (if applicable), favourite toys or blanket and any required medication.

IS THERE OUTDOOR SPACE FOR MY DOG?

Yes, the Menagerie offers a large, fully-fenced backyard. 

HOW MANY PETS WILL BE AT MONTROSE STREET MENAGERIE AT ONE TIME?

To provide personalized service, there will be no more than two cats (from the same household) and three dogs in the home at one time, including the resident dog, Rosie.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY DOG WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE AT MONTROSE STREET MENAGERIE?

We require a short meet and greet before your pet's first stay to ensure they feel comfortable.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept e-transfer, cash or certified cheque.
